It was designed to give analysts the ability to quickly capture the full spectrum of process-related data, conduct
timed-activity based costing, and highlight query responses and impact directly on interactive, three-dimensional (3D) models through our unique process-as-a-display capabilities.

Ineffective, inefficient processes have five times more impact on unproductive costs, lengthy timeframes and customer dissatisfaction than poor product quality. Contributing factors often include an excessive number of unnecessary or redundant steps, unfocused data overload and a disproportionate amount of time and effort spent on less-critical functions. Analyzing, correcting and improving the productivity of processes is generally assigned to Business and Systems Analysts.

Unfortunately, the standard method and format used involves flowchart or swim lane diagrams that provide a snapshot of tasks and responsible roles, but fail to document why, where, when, how or how well those tasks should be conducted. As a result, the analysts lack the comprehensive data and detailed understanding needed to develop thorough, prioritized, accountable recommendations and solutions.
