Building operational confidence
Establishing a new business process culture that evolves to meet the needs of an ever-changing environment can be a challenging task. However, Glow Group realizes that the benefits of having such an understanding within a dynamic organization can lead to a steadier and more efficient operation.
Partisan took its standard training course and customized it to create a tailor-made program that catered specifically for Glow Group’s needs. It combined Glow Group’s requirements with Partisan experience and expertise to provide a tactile and realistic learning environment.
“Process documentation started as a forced, top-down approach and was seen as a somewhat bureaucratic process,” said Esa, “but we want out business process owners to understand that these are tools for managing their work and improving them further so that they are more enlightened on the need for them rather than the requirement for them.”
Through taking part in practical training sessions, Glow Group employees easily saw the benefits of such a culture and in doing so, were able to embrace process management to the point of being empowered to use it effectively.
Glow Group staff have a common understanding of the purpose of process documentation. They are able to engage more effectively as a team and are confident in their roles as key resources of the organization.
